My husband and I came in to this dealer last Saturday and we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Tiger Robinson let me tell you he is the BEST! Helped us from the minute we came in and explained the whole process to get our Mercedes GLS450. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like home. The whole team here is great very friendly and attentive. We now own our Mercedes a dream come true! Thank you Catonsville team but most of all THANK YOU Tiger you are the best!

I bought my 2013 Audi A7 from this dealership, and my sales associate Adrean Pope has made it the easiest and fastest process possible. Both him and Tyrone Greene made my buying experience very hassle free. Even when it came to consulting the financing department, organizing temporary/permanent registration, or being an intermediary for service, Mr. Pope made sure that he was the go-to guy for all my questions.

The service team has made the warranty repair process painless as well. The service manager, Patrick Taltavull, is very thorough in his work and I greatly appreciate all of Mr. Taltavull and his team's work.

I made an appointment a week in advance for a loaner car to be provided to me, upon arrival I was told there was no loaner cars available even though I made the appointment a week earlier specifically to ensure availability of one. I than asked how long I would have to wait, and was told there was no set time frame as to when I would expect one and a Lyft would be called for me. I called the dealership for over 30 minutes to try and speak to someone and was told the manager was not available and didn't know when I would get a call back. When I finally did get a call back from Patrick I was told he would give me 10% off my service for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. I also noticed the owner only responds to 5 star reviews, so if you had a bad experience don't expect anyone to reach out or try to make it right.

Mr.Tiger and Mr.Wesley were great to work with! The best car buying experience I've had because of them! Thank you both!

Andre Goppy is one of the advisors for when you get your cars serviced. He is very nice & accommodating. I had a very good experience with him getting things fixed on my car as well as him arranging a loaner car for me. Thank you Andre!!! You are THEE BEST!!!

Beyond dishonest. I have been brining my car into MB Catonsville for a few years. Last year, a driver bumped into my front wheel causing it to go out of alignment. MB Catonsville quoted over 10k in repairs and offered to take my 2014 e class in on trade for 6500. Yes, 6500! Had it taken to another shop where it was fixed for 300. It was simply a broken upper control arm and alignment. Which is what I instructed mb Catonsville to check in the first place. There is no excuse for this type of disparity. Either they knowingly misquoted the work required (fraud) or unnecessarily included parts (incompetence). Either way, I'll steer clear (pun intended) of mb Catonsville for future needs.

Called Andre in service for some help with some specifications on a rotor and he was fabulous. I highly recommend this place as we've been there multiple times and it has always has been excellent.

As a multi decade, multiple Mercedes Benz owner I have come to expect the best out of the cars that I purchase and the service provided for their upkeep. My most recent pre-owned Mercedes SL that was purchased at another dealership had quite a few issues to be resolved. Those issues were persistent to say the least. Mercedes Benz of Catonsville was able to resolve all of my cars issues and assisted me with setting a corse of action to have those problems corrected. I was kept up to date on the status of those repairs and alerted of any additional repairs needed, as they dove deeper into the diagnoses. My car once again runs like a 100k + car should. Thank you Service Manager Robert for taking ownership of my situation and ensuring that my Mercedes was repaired and returned to me like a proper Mercedes should.
