Frank was our sales guy. He seemed really nice and helpful in the beginning. Once the numbers were given and we approved everything, he disappeared. The finance guy came to get us when it was time to sign papers. As we were going over all of the totals, I noticed a $99 charge for nitrogen. He explained that they put that in all tires so that when the weather changes, it won't affect the tire pressure. My husband said that was good and we moved on. I was told when we test drove the car that I would leave with a full tank of gas (I expected that - this was not my first time buying a car) After being there longer than expected, it was finally time to leave - no full tank. I went back inside to let Frank know and he asked someone else to follow me to the gas station to fill it up. As I drove home, I noticed that ALL of my tires were at 28 PSI and the spare tire was at 22 PSI. Thankfully, my husband filled them all up for me. The next time I drove my car was that following Monday to take my kids to school. I noticed that there was some sort of film on my front windshield that hindered my vision. I attempted to clean it because I could not see out of it when the sun glared on it but was unsuccessful. I took it to the car wash and it did not even touch it. I decided to reach out to Frank to inform him about these 2 issues. He asked me to bring it back up to the shop for them to take care of for me. He offered to "top off my gas tank" for my troubles. I did so. I sat up there and waited while they "took a razor blade" to the windshield because they had no idea what it was. I went to leave and you guessed it, no gas. At this point, I was just done. I was upset about being charged for something they obviously didn't do and it was just kind of like "oh well". After further inspection, my entire car was (and still is) covered in this film. It seems like the detail people applied wax to it and never buffed it out. My husband received an email from the General Manager who said to reach out if we needed to. So I did. Nathan Cartwright was rude and unprofessional to me. When my husband stepped in, he wasn't much nicer to him. He basically said "oh well" to the nitrogen fee even though they didn't properly do their job. Yes, it's just $99 but to me, it's the principal. You don't charge someone for something without doing the job. He didn't even apologize for ANY of the inconvenience. Not once. Saying you're sorry can go a long way.

Word of mouth - it can help OR hurt your business. I will never purchase ANYTHING from MBOA ever again.

We were on the road in route to Disney with kids. Had an issue with our vehicle. We called from an hour away mid afternoon on a Saturday. They diagnosed the issue and said to divert their way and they'd try to address it immediately. We rolled in at 3:15 - against a 4p closing time. They had the parts, made the repair- did a quick inspection and topped off our fluids. We were in and out in an hour and made it to Disney on time. Thanks so much! Special shout out to Lakelynne - thanks again!

these people at Mercedes Benz of Augusta are amazing especially our service advisor Lakeland!!! we always make it our business to ask specifically for her!!!! her professionalism and smile says it all in getting us taken care of on each of our service call visits there!! Lakeland definitely has what it takes to make a difference in her customers veh service experience from start to finish, she keeps us informed about our vehicle through out the whole process. bottom line is that she always add value to our day during our service visits with her charisma and charm!!!!!
