Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service. I used this company for almost a year they would come out and spray the inside and outside of home every time. Then recently we were having some remodeling done to the house and we saw we had termite damage on some of the studs inside the house. I called and specifically requested that when they come out and spray that they also check for termite damage inside the home. They were scheduled to come out September 20 and due to the remodeling we are not home most of the time. I called September 21 to follow up on our arrangements and the lady told me that he came out and sprayed the outside the house and checked for termites outside also that they don't have to spray inside every time even though that is what I am paying for. Then I asked why he didn't call to inspect the inside she started yelling at me saying that they don't have to call and give a courtesy call on there way out even though we have received one every time before. I cancelled my services and she didn't even care. Do not use!!!

This is my first experience with Men in Black , but there were none of the usual hiccups, delays or, frankly, anything negative about the whole experience. Our tech was quick, friendly and thorough, and we couldn't ask for anything better. Robin, you rock, and thanks to everyone at Men in Black for your help!

The technician came to our house, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The service was top notch and the price was very reasonable. The service plans they offer are easy to understand and very affordable. I had a wonderful experience and I will be doing business with them again.
