I love Dr. Weisman, but I have been trying to get a PA for my daughter’s face cream for over 3 months. I have made numerous follow up calls trying to even get a status update and they tell me they’ll look into it and call me back and then never do. Most recently I asked what else I could do to ensure I get a call back with an update and the desk agent just said “I don’t know what to tell ya.” I’m literally at a dead end…Report

Office visit and front desk were great in person, but it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone by phone. I had to call multiple times to try to reschedule an appointment and to speak to someone about test results. Everything goes to voice mail and I didn't receive a call back.Report

I have been reaching out to them for 2 weeks and they keep telling me someone will contact me from Dr. Weisman’s team and no one has did anything. When you call you can never speak to anyone it’s almost like you have to go in person to get anything done and that’s frustrating.Report
