Medford Ford

Very unhappy with this dealer. Made an appointment for my two year old car that's already having transmission issues. Called to make an appointment and they told us they were two weeks out. Frustrating but understandable. After waiting two weeks we dropped it off as scheduled on a Sunday evening. Left the keys with the filled out envelope as instructed. Heard nothing back Monday or all day Tuesday about a diagnostic. When I called Tuesday afternoon they weren't even aware the car was there. We then waited another two days with no information. When we called on Thursday they said no one had looked at it yet and they weren't sure when they would have a chance to look at it. What's the point in making an appointment two weeks in advanced? Very disappointing when you buy a vehicle for almost $70k and it starts failing so early into ownership and the dealer won't even fix it when scheduled. Even worse that they don't offer a courtesy vehicle while they're planning on having your car for an indefinite amount of time. I picked my car up and set up an appointment for another local dealership

We are disappointed that you have had such a negative experience - we can assure you that it was truly not our intention to disappoint or frustrate you during this process. We attempted to assist you by honoring the after market warranty you purchased for this vehicle (which was not purchsed at Medford Ford), and is not a warranty we offer. When we contacted the company in your behalf we were notified the transmission must be disassembled prior to approval for repair. The process to disassemble would require unexpected additional time for scheduling and execution. At that time we were advised by you that you had also scheduled an appointment with another dealership. It was your decision to then take the vehicle to the dealership where you had previously scheduled the other appointment. Again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations - wishing you all the best for a vehicle you'll be satsified with for many years.

The service is great Always done in a timely manner. The staff is always very courteous and professional.

First time buyer at Medford Ford. Delt with Chris Sasse, and Tom Eckert. Both were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Tom spent considerable time with me, and worked out a deal without pressure and satisfactory to both parties. This was old time car buying, done nicely. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the treatment received.

Medford Ford was amazing start to finish! They helped me navigate buying a new vehicle for my family seamlessly. John Scisly and Jt walked me through the financial end with such care and compassion.
