We are Richmond's first 24/7 comprehensive fitness center. Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation established MedFit with the notion that their patients needed well-trained, professional staff to help with post rehabilitation.

MedFit's staff, experience, and knowledge get you to where you want to be, faster. Being a 24/7 facility, MedFit is able to meet all their patients' needs, in a clean, fun, and happy environment.
