The primary founders of the agency are mother (Administrator) and daughter (CFO). The Administrator was a nurse of more than thirty years in her native country, and has been involved in the home care business for fourteen years. She began as a certified nursing assistant, then human resource assistant, and finally an Administrator for the past three years. The Chief Financial Officer is an entrepreneur with Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and is currently working on her Master's degree. She has more than six years of experience in home health, starting as a secretary, skilled coordinator, billing coordinator assistant, to finally Chief Financial Officer. Our clinical department is run by our Director of Nursing, a registered nurse with more than ten years of experience in nursing. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing, and a Masters degree in Health Care Administration. Our field staff is comprised of competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who will be supervised on a regular basis by our Director of Nursing. Each staff member will meet the State of Florida educational and training requirements for the services they provide.
