McKinney Volkswagen

Absolutely the worst experience. First we bought the car signed all the contracts. We received a phone call that we needed to sign an additional page regarding co-signers. When we arrived we were told that they had to change our interest rate after the contract was signed. I told them this was illegal at which they replied it's not.

I will say that Morris and Talia in service have great customer service. They went out of their way to get the car back to my daughter after being brought to them. They set up someone to bring the car all the way to Sachse. Thank you both for being so helpful!!!!

Had so much fun getting my New Tiguan. Josh was so helpful. I Love my Car!

Im in the market for a new vehicle and Kerri helped me find exactly that! She had an answer to all my questions and provided me with more information on anything I was interested in. I'd give 10 starts if I could, highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this dealership! I worked with Kerri Petty. She is an absolute joy. Every single question I had she answered. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. If you ever visit the dealership, you need to ask for her!! She is amazing!
