They sold me a car with corded batteries and fuse box. I have only had my car for 7 months and management refuses to even return my phone calls despite several attempts to get in touch with them. My car is rendered useless unless I can come up with 7,000 to replace the fuse box and batteries. They only care about selling you the car and have no interest in helping you when the junk they sell you breaks down.

recently remembered my horrible experience at this location about a year ago.

a while ago there was some bad rain over in Hayward and while driving at night hit a big puddle cuz its dark. anyways the fiat is electric so it basically shut down on me and had a warning. got it towed to be taken to this dealership and they couldn’t find out whats wrong with it. had to get it towed to ArgoNaut or whatever. it was fixed by unplugging and plugging the battery back in. Paid 450$ for nothing at this dealership when the solution was so simple. that and when the fiat was at the other car shop it arrived without the front license plate like?????

yeah, no. i dont like this place and one year later still regrets trusting this dealership

"One bad apple ruins it for the whole bunch"
This simple elementary saying is 100% accurate when it comes to this dealership. "Treat others as you would like to be treated" another saying from grade school that needs to be adopted by a specific employee at this dealership. Such attitude and denial on a service they offer which is offering a ride 5miles to and from or 10miles one way. The comment is made "San Francisco!?" Smugly "We don't do the city, because of toll" which is when I offered to pay the 7 dollars and still got told (mind you no eye contact at all) no we can't. This coming from someone who didn't do his Due diligence in making sure I had my oil change reminder sticker replaced amongst other things Darell I belive his name is needs to be coached. Owen on the other hand has been on point since my first visit. I'm actually expecting more resistance when I return. We'll see but I really hope not..it's a new day.
