I wish I never been to this dealer!
At bright side, I like this color and RDX is fun to drive.
As not a native speaker, well I decided to purchase car online to avoid all pressure, trick ..etc from dealer that may cause me. Went to McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago just to see which colors on RDX I like. Met the Salesperson(Natalia) offer to test drive which is nice and I think she may be one I can trust to do business with. So we talking about what I want and number, found out they don't have car I need but they can bring it from somewhere, so we agreed on that. Then she back with a greater deal offer to let go a better trim/package car that already in showroom. Seem too good to be true, I asked several time to make sure a deal "are you offer a top trim at same price we agreed on base trim that I picked?"Also I point to a number that we agreed before. All those several time Her answer are "similar" and act like not to worry that best deal they never made! She not even mention the car offer is previous model, I found out myself and just think maybe that why they want to let that one off so that make more reasonable for me. And let me sign lot paper, convince to get auto insurance already as they need that to make process. That strange for me since we not even spoke to financial guys yet, thought all that should be the final step when all final price came up! All they talking it's about payment, I was dump at that time to not ask just a price not a payment. Turn out I have to pay full price even over MSPR for car I don't even need. When I refuse to sign anymore paper after knowing a price, then more horrible happen. Financial person call seller and manager come to room ack like we( two asian woman) make a terrible problem on them. So all stressful, pressure that I try to avoid now got all those. Financial person there get very upset and said "How can you think, who would give you a better trim at same price on base trim" I was chocks with tantrum he is, just because we not that easy dump customer, to be honest I think I am though. I felt so bad on my friend and financial person getting arguing, so I just want it done. I ask manager who is calmer and seem most trustworthy in the room, to just throw some accessories then finished sign up.
When I come home the night found out the purchase price even higher than we agreed. Now I stuck with big loan, a car I don't really to get at first and far over price.
