I drive uber and am very dependent on my van for work. I brought my Town and Country in for transmission work Tuesday and they diagnosed a bad transmission.I was very lucky it was under warranty from Dodge. These guys jumped right into action. Transmission replaced and back to me Friday afternoon shifting like champ. Thanks Chad and the service dept.for taking great care of my van.

Great job with the cars 100000 mile maintenance. Great people in the service department to work with.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport with 64,000 mies. Within 3 months we have had it in the shop 3 times 1, for 2 oil leaks. 2. Because they forgot to plug in a sensor while fixing the leak. Then they wanted to charge me one price to fix the problem then tell me another price when we had the work done.
I was at work when my wife told me that they laughed at my irritation with the change in the cost of repares
This place is a joke!!!!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR BUYING A CAR !!! TRISTEN HANCOCK AND MIKE NAYLOR WERE THE BEST AND MADE IT GREAT !!!
ONCE AGAIN MCGINLEY DODGE CAME THRU !! CHECKED MY RECALL AND IT WAS OK BUT DISCOVERED THAT I HAD SOME STREAKING ON THE INSIDE OF MY DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ORDERED ME A BRAND NEW ONE AND WILL INSTALL IT ALL ON THEM !!! WOW COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE !!! AND TRUST ME FOLKS THAT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY IS NOT CHEAP..THANKS TO THE SERVICE TEAM AND CHAD FOR HELPING ME WITH THIS . I LOOK FORWARD TO USING THEM FOR ALL MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS !!! STILL GREAT !! MY WIFE'S CADILLAC DEALER CLOSED DOWN SO I CALLED THE WONDERFUL GUYS AT MCGINLEY DODGE T9 SEE IF THEY WOULD INSTALL MY WIFE'S NEW BATTERY AND I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING !! COULDN'T YOU JUST INSTALL IT YOURSELF..NO YOU CAN'T !!! CADILLAC HAS A SPECIAL PROCESS FOR THE BATTERY AND IF YOU DON'T DO IT EXACTLY IN THE ORDER AND CLEAR CODES YOU WILL SCREW YOURSELF ROYALY AND THE COMPUTER !!! SO I ASK AND AS USUAL THEY CAME THRU AND DID A GREAT JOB ON HER CAR AND SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO WORK ON ALL THE CADILLACS NEEDS !!
