Had a tire pop on my car so I had it towed to McGinley and they put two new tires on. An hour after I picked it up the brand new tire popped on my way to Collinsville, took it back the next day and they told me the air stem valve wasn't sealed correctly but because I drove on it flat they wouldn't replace the tire only repair it. Of course I drove on it flat! You gave it back to me that way because you didn't seal it correctly after I paid $350 for two new tires. Unprofessionals who don't stand behind their work or take accountability for their mistakes. You're better off elsewhere.

I bought a used Chevy Equinox from here when it was impossible to find anything affordable on the market, but they gave me a splendid deal. They told me what issues the vehicle had and what maintenance we could expect it to need. The vehicle was great and we never had any serious issues with it.

When I've had maintenance and repairs done on my primary vehicle, they were very reasonable and even told me where I could get better deals than what they were offering. They were transparent and easy to deal with.

Always have have great service here for my vehicals since 2000. But always seem to find better deal to buy elsewhere

I just purchased a jeep gladiator yesterday (Wednesday) and let me just say not only am I extremely happy with the vehicle but this dealership is top notch! Tristen was phenomenal. Extremely educated on the vehicle Justin had financing ready with in minutes and I was out the door with my new vehicle in under an hour! Just wanted to say thanks again and make sure they got the recognition they deserve.

Long story short. Stay away from this dealer. They are the most misleading, deceiving and dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. And to top it off, they yell at their customers and pretty much call them liars straight to their face.

EDIT - Sold me a jeep with NO ACCIDENTS but it shows there’s been an accident a year before I bought the car. I had no idea and they lied to me about it! I called them to see if they would make it right by being fair with the car diminished value due to the accident they didn’t report. At least make up for the amount (NO)! They said nothing will be done!!! This is a shady dealer I wouldn’t do business with ever again and the owner (Tim) has no remorse for this thieving greedy fingers! He knew there was an accident and lied about it which is illegal so yes I got my attorney involved and I kept all my paper work from when I bought the car! Karma will come for him and I hope it does!!!!!!!!

I didn’t refuse the report I have the report! The addicents are on Autocheck and Experian!!! How about you guys make this right and buy back my jeep! What’s your offer for my jeep?

99% of the time, buying a car is awful. It’s stressful, it’s bickering, it’s sales pitches etc. Salesmen are pushy, they lie, throw ultimatums at you….But McGinley isn’t that at all. Robert and Justin were respectful, honest, helpful, kind. They gave us information, options and choices.We were relaxed and felt comfortable.

Worst Dealership Ever I Wouldn’t Give This Dealership No Stars If I Had A Choice Please Do Not Take Your Vehicle To This Dealership Save Yourself Time And Money I Went There Just For A Full Service Oil Change And Ended Up Getting My Oil Filter Housing Cooler Broken By There Technician And They Are Trying To Deny The Technician Screw Up And Make Me Pay For Something They Screwed Up My Car Was Not Leaking Anything Before They Did Oil Change Even Says That On The Oil Change Receipt And They Are Still Trying To Deny It Instead Of Make It Right With Me And Fix They Screw Up I Have Talk To Service Manager Chad Daniel’s And I Have Also Talked With General Manager Mike Naler Who Says He Knows Nothing About Cars But Have 20 plus years in How ?This Service Guy Chad Is A Complete Liar And Idiot Do Not Take Your Vehicles Here Hopefully A Lawsuit Will Solve And End The Problem For Future Customers

Worst dealership service department I have ever seen my mom took her jeep she bought from them with lifetime drivetrain warranty so she took it in and they told her it need brake pads, rotors, calipers,brake hoses, and cv axles well the warranty covered the calipers and the axles but not the pads and rotors or brake hoses which I get and had under warranty at oreillys well they were told OK to do the work but keep the pads and rotors and they didn't they threw them away and keep in mind I work at dealerships and Chrysler was one of them and in all my years in the field I have never seen a warranty company not pay for the brake fluid for the caliper replacement they covered and put two different color calipers on her jeep and didn't have two different colors when it went in and they have not corrected the situation except for paying for my pads and rotors that were under warranty so she's now driving around with non matching calipers which I don't know any tech that would see 2 different color calipers and still put them on that's I guess the difference between good service and techs and bad ones

Don’t buy your car from here. They all seemed very nice at 1st. Still never got my title because of a fraudulent error on their part. Almost 4 months later. This is ridiculous. The car is junk too. I paid over $60k for it. Shady dealership!
