I can truly say that this company has integrity in 2024. I read the reviews and was scared to try them out, but I’m grateful I stopped here. They diagnosed the wrong thing but they were honest to inform me they made a mistake. They credited the mistake and corrected the error without charging me. They could have beaten me out of my hard earned money. Andrew was my advisor. All I can say is please take my advice about them.

Came for an oil change while on evacuation while waiting to find out when we can head back to Florida. I had a great experience (except for finding out I needed a new tire...not prepared for that).

The sales woman was pleasant, polite, courteous, friendly and informative. She made my visit to a car dealership a pleasure.

I had experienced the worst series of events prior to this purchase and walked out of this dealership with a sense of ease after months of worry. Not only can you trust the Honda brand, you can trust McConnell. I had the pleasure of buying my ‘24 Honda Civic here and would highly recommend their services.

Really good people! When we had a recall on our Honda CRV we had to have it towed to the dealership to get it assessed and they were able to get the part replaced on it in a timely manner as well as reimburse us for the tow bill. Thank you Andrew for all your help!
