McConnell Honda

Not a great place for service unless you yourself may be a mechanic and be able to give direction on what you need. There is no standard maintenance followed for mileage.

Bought my new Pilot here three months ago and the sales process was wonderful. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for their service department. After five days, two voice messages and a lot of time on hold, I went to King Honda in Auburn and on one phone call had my appointment. Here I am, getting my service completed, still wondering if McConnell will bother returning my calls Hence the four stars.

And, please, don't respond that you'll work hard to earn my business, that ship sailed several days ago.

The service department staff members were courteous and addressed my issue promptly. In and out within 10 minutes.

We had great service from beginning to end. The Business Manager Markus Palmer is very knowledgeable and helped us close the deal on our new car! Our salesman Chris Reynolds made sure the process was smooth as well. Ask for both of them!

Would appreciate my items being put back in my glove compartment after my cabin air filter is checked and not on the floor. Second time I’ve experienced this.
