When I tell you guys from the moment we stepped feet in this place nothing but the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time our sales representative was Sasha Suskind . My daughter had a really bad experience with a horrible car lot this week so he understood that this process was new to her and made sure to take the time to explain every step to her along with also working with her and her budget and not just trying to put her in debt for a sale And I really appreciated that . So if you’re looking for a reliable vehicles with a great team of people, make sure to check them out and Dave in finance definitely a cool dude I can’t leave out Ms Miya at the front desk she’s a sweetheart . 💯💪🏽

This mccluskey is horrible . I bought a 2021 Chevy bolt ev from them & it had complications within a month & they have had my car for almost two months giving me the run around for a diagnostic! I don’t recommend them at all

I recently visited McCluskey Chevrolet's auto body shop and was appalled by the experience. The workers were standing outside smoking cigarettes, creating an aggressive and menacing atmosphere. No one answered the phone when I called, and when I finally spoke to a young lady named Mya, she was extremely hostile, abrasive, and discourteous. The manager was also outside smoking cigarettes, and no one seemed willing to help. This location is filled with degeneracy and filth, and nothing ever gets done. The staff lacks basic empathy and customer service skills. They were laughing and ignoring me, saying I couldn't make an appointment and needed to call another day or come up there to see if I could get help. If not, they didn't know what to tell me. Never come to this location—it is the worst experience and a nightmare that I wouldn't recommend even to my enemy. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.This place should be shut down.Im warning other people to never come here,you will regret it.

No help what so ever with this dealer. Linda expects someone to come up with $8000 to put down on a used car that cost 14,000! This is why they offer the $1000 gift card. They will get you approved but you will not be able to afford the down payment. That way they don’t have to cough up the gift card. Stay away from them. Go to Guess Motors in Carrollton Ohio and ask for Ray! He will help you!!

Had a sales appointment today at 5pm with the MANAGER Greg. Drove all the way to Cincy from Dayton and the doors were LOCKED!!

I was lied to as well .I was told the vehicle u bought camw with a unlimited mile warranrty when the finance person called he said aw no it only covers the basics not everything. Then you need to buy a 24 month warranty for an additonal fee to cover everything else. This dealership a fraud and treat their customers like they dont exist after your purchase. Warning!!! Stay away
