Less acceptable then previous stays. Hotel seems to be going downhill. Lack of caring is showing in the customer service and stay. I hope this finds the right person to make the appropriate changes.

Booked online for a business trip as usual, checked in as normal. Checked out the next day and expected to be able to get a receipt online or in my email. The hotel apparently charged me a points and cash rate instead of just charging me for my room. I now have a $72 charge on my company card and after multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the hotel directly and with a couple hours spent on the phone with IHG I still do not have a receipt or any resolution.

Room was so clean and comfy! Great service! Loved the breakfast!! The hot tub in the room was a extra treat!

My room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Clean. Great pool. Big hot tub. Great breakfast. Great location.
