We scheduled service to our CX-5, oil, filter, check and rotate the tires, check the brakes as part of our pre-paid service plan. Really apricate how smoothly the whole process went, filling out the service requested, by Paisley Petruzzelli while she completed the the paper work.; Paisley explained the whole process and that I would be receiving a video of the work done.

I have opportunity to work with JACOB JOHNSON twices and he and everyone work at MAZDA OF ORANGE gave me the best experience ever when come to buy car at dealership, JACOB is very nice and respectful to his customer. The process is straight forward and very smooth . The owner of this dealership is good guy i met him on my way out . I would recommend this dealer to everyone i know!

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Matt Franco, Hector, Adrian, and Mike Rocha. This is a Mazda dealership but I bought my dream Jeep Wrangler Sahara here. Beautiful black shiny car with the best lifted tires, gorgeous brown leather interior. I couldn’t be happier. The boys that work at Mazda that I listed above made my experience filled with laughter. Most people dread going into a car dealership because 1) it takes a long time 2)car dealers have a reputation for being pushy. Not here. They were professional yet authentic and fun and made my experience 11/10. Thanks again guys!!! So grateful. Oh and thank you for the best snacks too… Oreos, cheese it’s, ritz crackers… YOU NAME IT THEY HAVE IT!!!

Very impressed with the customer service, especially Jacob, who searched, found, and picked up the exact Mazda Miata, MX-5 Soft, top convertible, w/ black leather interior, stick shift, with matching Aero Gray Rims, as the exterior, my wife was looking for… Equally impressive was the staff accommodating us and making the process simple.
