Very rude customer service

I had an appointment for specific car . One hour before I did text Angelina that I was in my way from revere mass. She replied to me saying that it was fine and at the same time they will get the unit ready for my arrival . I was running late because the traffic about 30 minutes when I got a call from the sale manager telling me that the car was sold. I ask for Angelina and He said that She was not in And it was a miscommunication . This is not professional. they have car on the website that they do not have. I will be aware of this dealer. If this is with appointments what will you expect in the negotiations.

The gentleman who care about me was Nathaniel,i had an issue with a oil level detector on my mazda cx-50,the problem been fixed in “near few days”,for a time I waited for it iramazda gave me brand new car with even better options,overall people in service was very polite and kind to me,did a job effective,everything works and run perfect)appreciate a great service

I had such a great experience buying a certified pre-owned car from here! When I first went there I was greeted very nicely by the front desk person and made me feel welcomed. My salesmen David A was great! This was a very low pressure environment. They make sure you are getting exactly what you're looking for before signing any paperwork. They did not try to pressure me into something else or upsell me on any extras. They simply made sure your needs were met. They also are great at following up about the status of your car! Buying pre-owned can take a little longer but they made it as quick as it possibly could be! I would definitely buy a car here again. I recommend this for people who want a no haggle low pressure experience. It did not feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Very happy with my car so far :)
