Maximum Transportation is a Waltham, MA Limo Service and Airport Shuttle. Why use a taxi service when you can use a Luxury Transportation Service.
I called this company this morning, and the person who answered I’m assuming it was the owner. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t believe the way he was speaking to me. Owners need to learn some customer service techniques.

Its sad that I have to write this response. This person has never used our services and they did not speak to the owner. I am the owner and all of our phone calls are recorded so I listened to the phone call from Shavon. This phone call started off with Shavon telling our dispatcher that the cab driver in the car line to the school there child goes to was beeping at her to move out of the way and she did not like this the driver should not have beeped there horn at her. Our dispatcher told her we don't own any cabs were are a private luxury sedan service and all of our vehicles are unmarked and are Black Luxury Lincolns. Shavon responded with your driver is rude and you should have better drivers our dispatcher responded with he is not one of our employees we don't own any cabs we have no cab drivers we have chauffeurs and they are all either on the way to the airport or there picking up at the airport now so none of our employees are at the school you are talking about. Shavon's then started yelling and saying your lying and your an asswhole and our employee responded by hanging up the phone. My response to this is I am proud of my employee who never raised his voice and was nothing but polite and told Shavon over and over and over again she was calling the wrong company all he could do was hang up the phone.
Whenever I need a executive car service I only call Maximum Transportation I trust them with my wife and my children and they always do a excellent job. When ordering a car for 3am to go to the airport on a flight that’s leaving the country the only thing that matters to me is the car is there early and with Maximum it always is.

I have been using Maximum transportation for months for my business travel. The owner George is a wicked nice guy and there prices for the service's they offer are awesome.
