Thanks Dan!! As I said yesterday, even though I am disappointed with the delay- I can't thank you enough for how you are handling the issue. We've had a couple nightmares with companies over the last 10 years and I was prepared to be lied to and get the run around when contacting you about the mixup. I was so pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at all! The way you handled it speaks volumes about your company and the way you run your business. I will definitely continue to refer our friends and family to you!!

On another note, besides my Simmons memory foam I have also owned a sealy that cost me 1300, I had the best nights sleep on my new bed much more comfortable than my others. Sincerely, Scott D
