Dr. Matthew A. Murdoch, M.D. is a board-certified Pediatrician and is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been at Pocatello Children s Clinic since 2002. Dr. Murdoch specializes in the care and treatment of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents. He provides all aspects of pediatric care including health supervision visits, acute and chronic illnesses, and injuries. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He completed a Pediatric residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Murdoch is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics with the University of Washington and enjoys teaching medical students and supervising pediatric residents. He is affiliate faculty with Idaho State University College of Pharmacy and an instructor for PALS and NRP. When his schedule allows, Dr. Murdoch performs with other local musicians as he has personal interest in playing guitar and singing. He and his family reside in Blackfoot.
