Lack of skills and time management I called Matt and inquired about getting my AC looked at and worked on. He was able to get to my house within a couple days, and was quite friendly at first. When he got here he claimed he knew nothing about my AC. He did however continually promote how well his AC’s that he sold were, and how much better they were in comparison to others including mine. He said he’ll look up my unit and get back to me to schedule. I was willing to wait due to the only fact my AC was still functioning at 50%. He wanted an update if my AC progressively got worse and he’d be over to fix it on a more timely matter. AC was failing more, reached out, and no response for days. Finally a response was received and he again says has no clue about my AC and wants more time to continue to gather info on it. Gave him the benefit of the doubt due to all of his “great reviews” online from locals about his service. From there communication had stopped from Matt’s end.
