This experience with Frankie who excelled from beginning to finish was the most awesome car experience ever. I never knew I could get a car until I met Frankie. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to answer all of my questions. He built my confidence and was very knowledgeable which gave me even more confidence. He went over every detail with me and was so patient. Overall I will definitely refer Mr.Frankie to anyone. He had such a great spirit. Words can't explain the experience I had it was the best. I haven't stop smiling since I left. I will returning to Matt Bowers for my next purchase. This company has gained a customer for life.

Made an appointment for oil change online. Get there 10 minutes til and they say "they don't do appointments, but that they're slow and can get to it quickly." I sat there 3 hours waiting on an oil change. It'd be one thing if they were busy and couldn't get to it, but I watched it sit on the rack for over 2 hours. Never again.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish through out the whole process of my purchase.
