Great service, very clean too.

Stay away, from this place. Very expensive, not worth it!!, staff rude, no customer service, not santized, etc and massage personnel dont have a clue, about what they are doing, you will walk away from this place, hurting, worse of, than when u came, shall i go on

I didn’t have the best massage. I had to keep asking for less pressure and I felt that the massage was very rushed. I most likely wouldn’t go back. Scheduling was a bit challenging as well and took the only slot available that day. I left in more pain and was waiting for it to be over. It was TERRIBLE and uncomfortable.

However, The staff was helpful. I got caught up in traffic and called ahead of time. In doing so, I had the Covid screening over the phone. Once I got there all I had to do was sign the form and get my temperature taken.

Zoran is the best massage therapist! He is so knowledgable and skilled! A true proffesional and an asset to your franchise! Love him!!!!!

Amazing place!

I was sick for months and decided to cancel my membership. I called this Massage Envy to cancel, on more than one occasion and the reception kept telling me that she cannot cancel my account only the manager can. Never received a call from the manager yet they have been charging my account every month still. I called again and the nasty receptionist hung up on me. Its not like they are the best around. I waited months to get a microdermabrasion because their machine was down. With the competition so fierce it's preposterous that these people think they can treat customers this way. Cancel my account Massage Envy and stop trying to charge my credit card or you will hear from my lawyers soon!!!!

The management and staff don’t care. I have called numerous times and always been told the manager will return my call and no one ever calls back or follows up. The worst massage envy ever!

Owner's reply to this review is bogus and useless. I filled complain on the link they provided, no one called and emailed. This establishment is truly irresponsible and creepy. DON'T GO HERE.

i wanted to reschedule the appointment not cancel it. But based on their behavior detailed below. Not going there again and I would tell everyone, DONT GO HERE.

The staff and manager are heartless, inconsiderate and unreasonable. I have been there for massage before but this time when I scheduled I got sick and asked them to reschedule, they kept on screaming on me that you made an appointment you must show up or we will charge. She kept on saying that this is our policy which I reminded them that no one told me about, when I made the appointment. manager said that we always inform people of this policy that’s why we take credit card while making appointment. Which they never took from me and when I reminded her of that she said fine, it’s your word against ours and we will use your credit card from last time. This is illegal by the way. No establishment unless they take permission can charge your card like that from previous transaction.

In addition, I kept on telling her that I am only rescheduling because I have an ear infection which is contagious, I can make your therapist sick and she said “I don’t care”, seriously they don’t care about health of their employees. They need to be reported to both the health board and employment agencies.

So they never told me the policy. I was sick and instead of being curtious they threatened me and screamed at me, I had to ask her several times not to scream at me.

I don’t care of this behavior and I hope whoever is reading doesn’t either
