Steven at Fred Beans in Abington was great to work with from start to finish. We really appreciated how he kept us informed every step of the way during a stressful situation (that didn’t have anything to do with Fred Beans). He went above and beyond with helping us and even connected us with one of their sales employees (didn’t catch his name) to go over some documents/questions that didn’t pertain to their shop. Amazing. I also appreciated how quickly our car was repaired. They seem very thorough which is reassuring!

Always a great experience for me - I showed up early and they took me right away and done in an hour. My service rep was outstanding as he reviewed the service and the current status of the car. Just a pleasure to work with, the experience from the booking of the service to the completion was top notch.

I had my car inspected here and I was taken care of from the time I pulled my car into the service area. I was greated by Mike with a smile and full explaination of what my service entailed. I was even escorted to the sales area to discuss my end of lease options with a knowledable sales associate, Zach. I will likely be back in a few days to get a new car.

Jeff was extremely helpful and all around great sales man!! He's not pushy and doesn't make you feel pressured. First time paying straight cash for entire vehicle price felt good will always remember Jeff!
