Nestled in the woodlands and wetlands of Bloomington, Minnesota, Martin Luther Campus sits overlooking the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our campus, which has served older adults for over 55 years, provides many services and programs to the greatest generation. At Meadow Woods Assisted Living, we provide Assisted Living, Memory Care and Stay by the Day apartments to older adults needing services. Many older adults at our Assisted Living are very independent, they just may need housekeeping and 3 meals per day or they may need lots of assistance. You can customize the plan that's right for you. Our goal is help keep you as independent and able as long as possible to enhance your quality of life. Our Memory Care is a unique neighborhood that is small, quaint and incorporates our special Dimensions Program to ensure our residents receive person centered care and programming. Stay by the Day is an option for those not needing a permanent stay but are not able to care for themselves at home independently. At our Care Center, we have Transitional Care for those recovering from injury or following a hospital stay - this is Medicare covered - virtual tours available if you go to YouTube and type in Martin Luther Campus Transitional Care. We also have Long Term Care on our campus for individuals needing more care than Assisted Living is able to provide. Adult Day Programs is also an integral part of the Martin Luther Campus. These are day programs for older adults living at home that are needing more stimulation, socialization or care during the day. They are open Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm and offer door to door transportation. There are many BENEFITS to using Adult Day and different payment options (Private, CADI, Elderly Waiver, VA, etc.) Our campus is also home to an abundance of Spiritual Health and Life Long Learning Programs. We have services, programs, Chaplains, bible studies and more for Spiritual Health. The goal of our Life Long Learning Programs are to encourage growth and development, no matter age or ability, through arts, music, poetry and more. You'll find that our campus is well maintained, warm, clean, has friendly staff and FEELS LIKE HOME!
