We had an amazing experience working with Olympia. We came across Olympia online and immediately knew that she would be professional from the first e-mail. She was very organized and clearly had many experiences organizing weddings for couples from overseas. We were originally trying to decide who to hire between two different vendors and Olympia’s prompt and thorough responses to our questions was enough to make us feel that she is someone we could rely on from so far away in Canada. When trying to plan a wedding in Greece, there are so many options to choose from and this could get easily overwhelming. Despite this, with Olympia’s recommendations, we had an absolutely beautiful wedding and made incredible memories that were captured by her wonderful photographer and videographer. Olympia provided many options to customize our wedding and was able to accommodate our preferences. If you are looking to hire a wedding planner who can connect with you on a personal level and reassure you during this stressful time of wedding planning, Olympia is absolutely the person to go to. We highly recommend her and her services.

Simply the best! We can’t thank Olympia enough for organising our perfect wedding on the beautiful island of Hydra. As well as being a lovely, warm person, she has a great eye for detail and anticipated so many details that we just wouldn’t have thought of. It was quite a complex process gathering all the necessary documentation but Olympia sorted everything out with the Greek authorities and we had all the paperwork we needed to be officially married in Greece – no mean achievement! In the run-up to the big day, she kept us on track with all the deadlines and the day itself could not have run more smoothly. Olympia was here, there and everywhere, discretely making sure that everything went according to plan – ceremony, reception, flowers, cake, musicians, photographer etc. All of our guests commented on how efficient and friendly she was. We are so grateful to her because we could enjoy this special day to the full, knowing we were in such capable hands. Many, many thanks Olympia – we couldn’t have done it without you!

When you're planning a wedding in another country, there's a lot you leave up to chance and a lot that could go wrong. Once we spoke with Olympia, many of our fears disappeared. She was able to plan each and every detail of our wedding day with ease, and at a much more affordable price than some of the other planners in the area. She also successfully planned a welcome celebration the day before on short notice on top of everything else!

When we arrived in Greece, Olympia had us meet with her assistant, Giannis who was absolutely amazing. He met with us several times to make sure every last detail was finalized and brought us to the venues so we could see how our vision would come together.

Additionally, the venues and most of the vendors Olympia recommended were wonderful! She even went above and beyond by making sure our table center pieces were exactly what I wanted at a pretty tiny budget. Our venues at Santowines Santorini and PyrgosRestaurant Santorini were beautifully breathtaking and delicious, and we adored our vendors Nikos Papadopoulos Gogas and Julia Popova / Make up & Hairstyle! Nik went above and beyond to get the perfect shot and drove us to the most beautiful places. He even went back in my hotel to get my veil when we forgot it! Julia did an amazing job and even stayed longer than she was meant to so we could have her do my mom's hair and makeup at the very last minute. I would 10/10 recommend using Olympia from Marryme in Greece - Weddings and events in Greece!

We got married in santorini last June and we have done a research before making a decision to hire a wedding planner. We finally made a decision to use Marryme in Greece and Olympia design , plan and organize our santorini wedding. From the first moment we both could feel the warmth and Olympia's personality and after our Skype meeting, we were 100% convinced that she was the right person for us. We signed a contract and after that we start planning everything. Olympia is a very good listener, and because of that she created a wedding beyond our expectations. Using the information given by us and adding her personal touch she created an amazing event which we will remember for ever. She organized everything from hair and make up, wedding cake, welcome party, she booked and confirmed a beautiful ceremony and wedding venue overlooking the caldera, catering for our event, champagne and a lot more.

Olympia did a great job as our wedding planner in Santorini. Several months prior to the wedding Olympia discussed with us how we would like to organise our wedding. Olympia provided us with great suggestions and helped us make decisions. We discussed details of the wedding and managed to make a plan that catered to our needs. Olympia was always there, available at all times to advise, help and come up with solutions. When we arrived in Santorini, we met Olympia in person and were impressed by her professional and friendly attitude. Her assistant Giannis was absolutely amazing. Olympia and Giannis were at the wedding venue and managed the event in an excellent way to deliver the most memorable wedding. Our wedding in Oia, Santorini was like a dream and Olympia’s contribution was paramount. Strongly recommended!

Olympia made our intimate wedding in Santorini a dream come true! We could not have imagined the process to be any smoother.
