Marriott: Springhill Suites Las Cruces

Room is quite nice and king studio is spacious. The bed is soft enough for me and not hard so that's great. And the staff I interacted with was nice to talk with.

The staff at this property is fantastic. The property is undergoing renovation, but still shows it's age. Twenty years ago the traffic on the 10 did not create a noise issue, but today it's a much different story. There are other, quieter Marriott properties in LC.

Visited this hotel a few months ago and they were in the middle of renovations.

Since then,there have been many improvements throughout and it made our stay much more enjoyable. Property is very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming and the location is right off the interstate and close to many dining options as well as shopping.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. They continue to improve the hotel. Interior is looking much better and is nice. Have a buffet style hot breakfast now. Much better than the hot breakfast bag to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room kept clean. I thought for the money, it was a fantastic value. Only issue was the couch. It is more of a daybed than a couch. Depth made it awkward to sit on and relax. However, if you need another bed, this couch is fantastic!

Nice, quite place to stay, but not worth the points used to stay..

Rosemarie went Above and Beyond! I chatted with her to let her know that we'd be getting in late and requested a 1st floor room. When we arrived, she knew who I was...yes, she knew!! Then she said, "I'm so glad you got here safely", really...such a sweetheart! She gave us EXCELLENT service and worked with me to get us the right room so that we could see our vehicle which had luggage on the roof. We will stay here again in a heartbeat because of Rosemarie...give this gal a raise Marriott!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are older.
Update:. Hotel and rooms have been renovated at some point. So, nicer older is a good description. Breakfast is not good. Bathrooms are nice for an older hotel. Elevators broke and were down for days. Room was not cleaned until 5pm. Couch was disgustingly stained. Broken and very old guest washer and dryer. Wifi, tv, and hot water all broke during my stay.

Marriott is the best.
