Marriott: Orlando World Center Marriott

Went for Holiday Matsuri this past weekend, the staff was nice and polite, things were kept neat and clean.

Thank you for a great stay at Sabal Palms! Shout out to a great team who made the stay great: Joel, Sandra and Oscar - thank you! Remodeled and absolutely perfect for our holiday visit. Disney is 10 minutes away and just enjoyed the visit.

Can't speak on the actual hotel, as I went for a convention. I went for holomat 2021 and I can say that the convention space is very nice. And there was a lot to do with a lot of space.

BEDBUGS…. Stayed there 2 weekends ago, daughter and I got bit by bugs while sleeping at their resort. I opened a case with Marriott Bonvoy and haven't heard anything from them. As a Platinum Elite member I'm shocked the customer service has been awful and they haven't offered anything to rectify my experience. I travel a lot and also a Diamond member at Hilton and Spire Elite at IHG and this is the first time I got bit like this. Definitely making me consider keeping future travel to Hilton chains only.

Still trying to figure out how to get in contact with hotel staff about this, but whatever man was in charge of the golf cart area was ablest and disrespectful. My party was told to pull over to the golf cart parking to put together a wheelchair for my friend, and this man within the first 10 seconds tells us we have to move, we try to explain to him that we were literally told to be here and it won't take long and he just doesn't even let us talk. After 5 minutes and we are all on the ground, because a part got stuck, he tells us again we have to move because HE can't get buy in his golf cart??? He didn't ask if the person who was disabled needed a ride or anything he just made us move and we had to move our friend who couldn't even walk because he was just sitting behind us forcing us to move. Absolutely disgusting

Great place, hotel and convention. Center. Outdoor heated pool is wonderful.
No in room microwave or fridge.
Microwave available in lobby for general use.
Do a great job with high volume check in.
Support late checkout for a fee.

Went for holiday matsuri and the accasibility situation was AWFUL. Only 9 handicapped spots for the WHOLE BUILDING which has over 2000 rooms. This is an ADA VIOLATION. They also attempted to charge extra for handicapped parking for people staying off site which is extortion and also an ADA violation. DO NOT STAY IF YOU HAVE AMY ACCESSABILITY NEEDS

Beautiful hotel. Went for Holiday Matsuri 2021 and had an amazing time three stars for parking. There should be no reason im walking across a convention center just to park.
