So here is my honest review... If you are waiting for a flight at the MSP airport it's great.. But for a gathering, not so much... The security people are ignorant and the food and drinks are WAY OVER PRICED.. I ordered the quesadilla that took 30 minutes to get, which was really, really good after I ordered extra salsa since it didn't come with any, but it cost 16.00 !!!!! Beer is also way over priced... Like I said, if you are not a flight crew or have a layover paid by an airline, I would look elsewhere.... The courtyard a few block away is way better and next to an outback which has better food per dollar...
The rooms are nice, but I still wouldn't do it unless someone else is paying the bill..

We checked in rather late on Wednesday (12/1) and had a very early flight home. Upon check-in, we eperienced a wonderful welcome! The two ladies at the front desk were amazing! We ate at the Bistro; Dustin and Shawn were so great! The service was spot on and their personalities made the night! Thank you so much!

The location is great because across the street is Mall of America. Also, there's a IKEA nearby. The food in the hotel is really good but the portions were too small for the amount of price I paid. The room was clean.

So just like all the other reviews. Staff is very nice; Lobby is great but elevator areas and hallways to rooms are really outdated and dirty looking HOWEVER it looks like the rooms got an upgrade before the common areas so it's not bad… BUT i know this is near the airport but I've never really had an issue with noise' starting around 7am every 2mins is a flight coming in and the sound is so loud! Soooo loud! I'm really surprised there aren't many other reviews with noise issues.

There is a sign in the lobby, the unvaccinated must wear a mask. Both the mask mandate and the vaccine mandate are unconstitutional. Moving forward I will not patron institutions that mandate either. Get rid of the mandates or you will loose business.

The airport was a nice location, the Elite upgrade was a plus. The room was clean and ready early which helped out planning a ton.
The shuttle was fine, running a little later than scheduled, but easy to get to the airport.
Its walkable to mall of america, if you are into that.

Never disappointed in the great service at this hotel. I've been staying here for 20 years! I am always impressed and delighted!
