Front desk staff, lovely.
Room, pretty.
Location, perfect.
Bathroom, not so nice! The caulk is dirty, there is something smeared on the wall, something dropped on the mirror and there was blue painters tape on the shower soap dispenser.
Bed, too hard.

Being a titanium member, i had expected complimentary breakfast.
Also. Shower had shared bottles of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Not very sanitary especially in a Covid world
