Dirty, run down, overpriced. Bistro not open at specified times. Check-in took forever because nobody was at the desk.

I loved staying here. I can usually find something to complain about, but not at Tru by Hilton in Columbus. Staff are super friendly and efficient. Everything in the place looks new and super fun and trendy. I loved everything in the room - the bathroom faucet is sweet LOL. This is not a super fancy luxury hotel, but if you want everything you need presented in a sleek, contemporary way, this is for you. Free parking and wi-fi. I would stay here next time I go to Columbus. Thanks!||Oh, and the breakfast area has a machine that makes pancakes when you wave your hand!! What what!!

Had to change room due to mold in tub. New room had cleaner tub but carpet had multiple sticky spots. Fridge was inop, asked for a new one but never happened. Room key cards deprogram every time you leave the building. AC in common areas and halls was broken, third floor hallway was at least 90 degrees.

It’s aged a bit. Given its location they should make that breakfast bistro into a little bar and grill, they would get all my money since I have no desire to drive anywhere.
I was hoping for one of those nice balcony rooms, alas I got to stare at a warehouse next door.
Rooms were probably very nice years ago. the front desk people were kind. Rooms have no microwaves. But the fridge does work.
They don’t replace your cups if they take em, so bring your own. And the wifi is horrible!
More than likely my last visit to this mediocre place.
The water in the horrible make shift workout room doesn’t work. There is only one ice machine in the whole place. The 4th floor is over heating and when I talked to the maintenance guy he said they wouldn’t even buy him a fan for up there to try and relieve some heat. Place is trash. I will never stay here again.
