I believe in empowering people to possess the necessary keys to live at their fullest potential: free, whole, and healthy. My approach is to get to the root of the issue to increase self-awareness in current relationships, looking at all aspects of your life: mind, body and spirit. Without self-awareness, one can repeat destructive patterns unintentionally. I focus on creating secure bonds and help in healing old wounds that can disrupt everyday living and relationships. I provide individual, couples and family/group counseling for a wide variety of concerns and for people who are committed to lasting, positive changes.
