I chose the virtual gift card, which I did have a small issue with, which was, as I was trying to set up my virtual account my cell phone was not in landscape mode. ( found this out through customer service).

I called customer service and they walked me through the whole process, which was fast and easy.

So far all of the times I have participated have been done very professionally. The sign up process I did about 10 years ago. Recently there have been a lot more studies. I find the process to be seamless. The NYC & Brooklyn office have been wonderful. When there were issues, Zach helped me solved them. I highly recommend this company.
