I am absolutely pleased to have found the best team to support me in my Real Estate Closing I most definitely recommend and the 5 star review is completely well deserved. Linda was very supportive as well as the team. Was so wonderful to meet great people who could help me out and do such an amazing job!!!!!!

I have used this company and was pleased with the results. I found my contact there was able to handle a second matter for me via email and her help was quick and efficient. My situation was resolved within two days. I recommend them and would use them again.

I dont know how this firm got so many 5 stars but I can bet they are paid for . I had the same experience as the review prior to this where I gave them all the necessary information, the girl claimed she had spoken with the attorney and he could handle the case, we scheduled an appointment for a week out and then they cancelled two hours before the appointment ; I had to call them to find out why the appointment was cancelled without any explanation and they claimed that this is not something he could help with.

All these clowns did was waste a week of my time since my time isnt worth anything. The fool is a real estate lawyer but is taking appointments for banking issues. He is just another loser lawyer in Florida which seems to produce some of the most worthless attorneys in the US.

No service is that good to only get majority of their ratings as 5 stars and its my fault for being desperate and not doing proper research beyond getting Marc name from the Florida bar which seems to be another useless service

Very disappointed with this company. Initially I called and told them exactly what my problem was. The girl was very confident that he would be able to handle my problem. I had scheduled phone appointment set up for two days. Sent them all the information they needed. Then five minutes before my phone appointment said he could not handle my contract problem. Why was I not told sooner. Wasted two days to find and get a new attorney. You dont do people like that. By the way i am writing this because when I booked appointment the phone receptionist asked if I would review my experience with the firm.

We found Marc Brown when we moved to Davie and we found a commercial space to lease and open our new coffee shop. He helped us to review our commercial lease and made some adjustments on our behalf. He was fast, easy to understand and very straight to the point. We felt like he was a close friend rather than a shark attorney ( like many in the market) I definitely recommend him!

Marc Brown helped me with a recent eviction. We started the case on July 1st and by August 6th the person was out with a final notice. I appreciate how responsive Marc was with all of my follow up requests and concerns. He's definitely one of the best attorneys I've ever hired!!

I am extremely disappointed with the services, they schedule phone consultation and never showed up, never called you back, very unprofessional!!! I would not recommend them.

I'm going to stick to the facts because that's clearly something Mr Brown doesn't know how to do. First and foremost people are not on the same page as far as job protocol. Secondly everyone kept quoting a different price. So because I didn't want to work with one of his assistants because she sounded rude and her energy was bad he didn't want to work with me as a client. And I'm fine with that what I'm not fine with is the fact that I never spoke to the attorney. And the fact that you took offense because I didn't like your assistant Louise? Maybe if she sounded like she liked to do her job I would have loved to work with you. But God is good because I have an amazing lawyer now who I speak to regularly.

I had the pleasure of using the services of Marc Brown, PA recently when I purchased a home in South Florida. Marc was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. I found his office staff to be the same. I would without any hesitation recommend Marc Brown and his staff to anyone. I give him 10 stars!!
