Maplewood Audi

I'm concerned that operation of the service department is deteriorating because of communication problems with customers. There seem to be systemic problems with the telephone system they use. They are very busy (understood) but use that as an apologetic excuse. These days the technology used must measure up to other service providers. It must also measure up to the service level long time customers are accustomed to.

Car maintenance continues to be excellent -- as it should be for expensive work (60,000 mile service was about $1,000).

Communication/coordination in the service department still is defective. I dropped the car at 10 AM, and was linked to their text messaging system. I never received updates or calls, and they did not respond to my text back. I returned around 4:30. My service advisor was on the phone, Natasha who handled the intake was gone, so another advisor checked and the ticket was still open because they wanted to know if I wanted injector service -- but no one called me to ask. Perhaps it was because of an out of date phone number? They wrapped up the ticket quickly and I was on my way.

I was helped by Shaft Baker. He was professional, helpful and was willing to answer any questions I had.

If you want to go to one of the rudiest dealerships around check them out! It even comes with being yelled at and sweared out! They do not stand behind their vehicles. They just want a quick sale.
