Worst service!! Said 1 1/2 hours when scheduled for a fuel pump recall issue. Upon dropping off car, they said we have to leave it all day.
NO LOANER CARS!!! No shuttle!! Can’t get a rental car because the car I brought in for my son on a school day.
The car isn’t on my insurance policy, but I have full coverage with rental coverage, but car is on his dad’s, so NO rental car for mom!?!? BS
So glad I don’t own a Honda! I will never come to Honda again!

I purchased my 3rd Honda vehicle last week from Manly Honda and have been a customer of Manly Honda for many years. Svetlana was my sales rep and Ali my finance rep. Both were outstanding in service and there was no sales pressure. I traded in a 14-year-old Honda CR-V and purchased a new 2025 Honda HR-V with all the modern technology that put me on a huge learning curve. Svetlana was great in helping me to understand the safety features/technology and patiently answered my lists of many questions about my new car. She is simply the best.
