Frankly, in the past, I found the service to be subpar. But Javier has turned the tide on my opinion. While there were a few unreturned calls early on, hence four starts, once we made contact, he was all over a complicated repair.

Frank Pascale and James lanzarone made my purchasing experience seemless. I communicated with Mr. Pascale prior to purchase and he and James worked out tge insurance with my broker, registered the vehicle and sent an Uber to pick me up. I left the showroom with my new Discovery Sport, with a nice Red Bow in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Manhattan Landrover.

Service is 5 Stars. Javier is transparent with all pricing. They promptly take care of all warrantied issues. I left something in the back for work while in service and they quickly retrieved it without a hassle.
