Ryan has helped me a handful of times and each time he provides excellent customer service. Knows what he’s doing and always kind! Because of him I’m leaving a 5 star review on this store.

The customer service person (won't call her out by name) was rude and unfriendly, and would not help me with a return receipt request, which is a service that your website indicates you offer. Wound up going to FedEx instead.

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. I will talk with the employee, she may not have been trained on that yet since it's not something our customers request often but I will make sure we handle this. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this.

They were very helpful especially when there was a long line. They did it quickly and hopefully I recommend this location for you

Go elsewhere! The kids they hire have the worst attitudes for a customer facing job and they can’t answer a simple question about whether or not the usps mail has picked up today. They always take my Amazon returns and give me a receipt and then I swear they just take them home or throw them in the garbage because they never get back to Amazon nor show that they’ve been scanned. Only this location do I have this issue.

Kim, I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. I will work with the employees on this. As for the Amazon packages, the number you get on the receipt is just a reference number for Amazon, they all get put into one big box with other customer returns and it gets a different tracking number. I can explain this better if you would like to reach out to the store. Riley

HUDSON was so helpful, I could tell that he was really busy, but he definitely made sure to prioritize the customer first. He was so great and helpful and willing to do whatever he needed to help me out, I really appreciate him! Because of him, I will be coming back to the store. He is such a great representation of customer service.
