Vaillant boiler stopped working. Peter advised condensate drain probably frozen. Thawed it with boiling water as instructed. Problem solved.Report

Peter is just the man you want to solve your heating/boiler issue. Very professional and helpful. Made a few calls before I spoke to Peter and was been quoted around £250. Spoke to Peter and he asked what the problem was. He talked me through how to solve this over the phone and there I was fixing a boiler. Boiler fixed and working perfectly.
