Add ReviewVery bad experience! They even postponed my appointment three times. I waited three months without seeing the orthodontics. It was so exasperating.Report
We had an amazing experience with Make a Smile Rocklin, the entire staff is amazing and so kind! It was my 2 year old first time at the dentist and they made her feel special and comfortable! They even played Frozen for her while she was there! Definitely recommend going here for your children's need!Report
The back staff is awesome. All the dentists and assistants were super friendly. However, the front office and billing staff leave something to be desired. They are cold and short with me every time I took my daughter in. They refused to bill us for services covered by insurance and require payment up front, and then charged a late fee on our first notice that we had a 7$ bill from a prior service. There was no notice up front that Dr. Martha charges a premium for her services and that's who they scheduled us with for our first visit without informing us or giving us an option to choose another provider. Also- we could not get ahold of the staff using their emergency phone line on the weekend when my daughter hit her front tooth. We have since changed dental offices due to all the front of the office issues.Report

Every time I come to this office with my child, they are extremely nice and professional. The facilities are very clean and modern. Checking in was also quick and easy. This is a really great place for kids to be seen by great dentists. Thank you!Report
I have all three of my kids going here. I love the place. Those are always so helpful with the kids dental work and are very patient with them.Report
Worse experience ever on several occasions. They do not know how to schedule them blameReport
The patient. We have spent over 6k just on braces never mind general care. The rock land office is the worse. They don't care we have a round trip of 50 miles. Then they blame us.
I recently switched to this dentist for my children because my special needs daughter needed a procedure under sedation at the hospital and they were able to fit her in 3 months sooner than the dentist we were attending before.Report
They have been fantastic across the board with everything since we switched.
Then, last week we went to have a cavity done on my other daughter. She was so nervous afraid it would hurt, afraid of the shot. The dentist did the filling and my daughter had NO idea she even had received a shot! :)
Zakia, the assistant was so incredibly warm and caring with my daughter to keep her calm. She really went above and beyond to make the experience as positive as it could be for my daughter. I think she has completely changed my daughters view of the dentist! I am so appreciative of Zakia's attention to her needs and willingness to spend extra time and compassion to make it a positive experience.
