Method: We use the hot water extraction method to deep clean carpets. The machine we use is a high caliber machine that is equipped with the ability to clean your carpets at a continuous heat of up to 400 degrees at 300 PSI and with a wand that vacuums up 30% more than the market rate, which equals faster drying time!

What to expect: Professional technician to arrive at your home on time, move light furniture if needed (anything less than 45 lbs), and to use protective plastic underneath your furniture to safeguard against wet carpet. You should allow 2-4 hours for your carpet to dry after cleaning. Also, don't worry about the technician trying to sell you anything while he is there. How Often Should Carpet Be Cleaned? A dirty carpet contains soils and other debris that will wear down your carpets fibers & every time you walk on your dirty carpet you are damaging it. A cleaned carpet will remove these damaging soils and debris. So, how often should you have your carpet cleaned? If you have a house with: 2 adult non-smokers: your carpet needs cleaned every 6-12 months, 2 adult smokers: every 4 months, if you have children or pets: every 6 months and if you have children AND pets: every 3 months.
