Update: I dropped off my car Friday, picked it up Saturday (it was ready Friday but I had no one to drive me), filled it up with gas and went home. I didn't drive it Sunday or Monday, and now my car won't start. Clearly something Maguire did, this never happened before and now I need to have it towed back to them. If this wasn't a lease, I wouldn't bother with Maguire. I've always had a good experience at Hunt's across the street. Also, I'm not sure why Maguire thought it was appropriate to release personal information about my vehicle in their response to my post. And they said they would be happy to discuss the service, but in my original post, the price of their parts was the issue, not the service.

Service here seems normal, my only complaint is the price. They charged us around $440 just for new parts for a mirror I had broken (this price does not include installation or a paint job to match the car). When I told my husband he was outraged and cancelled the order and ordered the same exact original parts from Subaru for half the price ($220). So I would just say if you need parts for your car, better to order yourself and then have them installed rather than order the parts through Maguire.

I have gotten my car inspected here twice and I have gotten several different maintenance/repairs done at Ithaca Subaru as well. The staff is ALWAYS kind and knowledgeable and willing to explain things to someone like me who knows very little about cars! 10/10 :)

For my lease I worked with salesman Alex Hancharik and his manager Colby. This is my second lease through Subaru. Though the first lease went quite well (leased from a dealership in Oklahoma), Alex and Colby made this experience even smoother and more relaxed, which was much appreciated. They were hospital and communicated clearly. I will work with them again and recommend them highly. Bear in mind, Maguire is a business, so they're not going to negotiate on your behalf, but Alex and Colby were fair and transparent.
