I purchased a car and after owning a approximately 8 weeks The head gasket was blown along with about a dozen other repairs. They gave me a loaner car to take my car in and get it fixed and then reported me to the local police department for stealing their loaner car after 72 hours. Needless to say I now have an attorney. I was 500 ft which they detailed in their description of the stolen car, from the dealership as I was returning it. I now have a car that's not worth $50 that I purchased from them and I now have to enter litigation over the car in question. It's been delightful.Report

RC was great! Went in on a Saturday and was able to test drive a few different models. Went back in on Monday and walked out with my new 2025 Forester! Was an easy and enjoyable experience. Would recommend this dealership and RC to anyone in the market for a new car.Report

Cameron was very friendly and helpful, my husband and I had a great experience. We were able test drive our car twice and when we noticed the heated seats weren't working, a no cost fix was included in the sale. Overall very friendly, very helpful, and easy to work with!Report

We purchased a Subaru Legacy from Maguire Subaru in Ithaca in May 2025. I took it in for a 6,000 mile servicing (oil change and tire rotation). Both the sales and service departments have been first rate. Our salesman, Brett Spencer, was great to work with and the service department was also great. The service advisor, Brittany Sincock, was very nice and kept me informed through texts while my car was being serviced. We are extremely happy with our new car and with dealing with Maguire Subaru!Report
