Luxor Lifestyle Apartments - Bala Cynwyd

I had the chance to tour Luxor with Cherice and it was great! She was so attentive and able to answer all of my questions(I had a lot)! The property is beautiful and I'm thankful to have found it on my apartment search.

I recently moved into LUXOR LIFESTYLE APT. in Bala Cynwyd. I would like to provide feedback in acknowledgement of my positive experience with my Leasing Agent, CHERISE E. Cherise was very helpful to me starting on day 1. She was professional, knowledgeable, & patient over several meetings we had. Each time Cherise took significant time & care to go over all the information I would need, as well as answer ALL my questions & concerns. I was having difficulties with my device, & she took me through the process step by step, explaining it to me clearly & simply. I appreciate her dedication to her job, & the one on one focus she provided to me. In the end, my move was smooth, & seamless. And I have Cherise to thank for that.

I've been living at Luxor for a few months now and everything is amazing. The location is perfect for a quick drive or train into the city. The apartments are luxurious and modern. And the staff is friendly and quick to resolve anything that may come up.

Hi Francis! Thank you for your review. When it comes to apartment living, we're constantly striving to raise the bar!

Downsizing from NYC apartment living, I was skeptical that I would find luxury accommodations in PA. I am pleased to say that this transition has been nothing but a pleasure. The staff go above and beyond to connect with the residents and make them feel a sense of community. They truly make an effort to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Management is thoughtful with a sense of urgency. I am enjoying the amenities, specifically the single room work areas and lounge for small gatherings. I was happy to see that they offer valet trash pick-up, something I was accustom to in NY. I also appreciate the layout of the apartment space. I am able to fit a dining table for 6, a sectional in my living area and a desk/work station all within the open concept 1-bed without feeling tight. After living in various apartments for the last 20 years, I don't feel that any issues with noise or basic community living is anything out of the ordinary. This is a lovely place to live.

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for writing this glowing review! We are so happy to hear you enjoy all the wonderful aspects of living at Luxor Lifestyle Apartments, and we hope you will be happy with us for years to come.

There is zero sound proofing in this building. I can hear clear conversations from my neighbors, stomping around on all floors, and I can even hear people in the common areas in the floor below me.

The day I moved in my blinds in the living room were broken and almost 4 months later they still haven't been fixed. The windows in my living room and bedroom are stained and no word if they will ever be cleaned. For a brand new building, you don't expect to have maintenance requests on the first day. My fault for only doing a virtual tour because I was moving from out of state.

The mail package system is basically based on the honor system so just pray no one else takes your package before you pick it up.

If the rent was cheap, then these things could be overlooked but the apartments are not worth it for the price.

We apologize for the delay with replacing your blinds, as they were on backorder. I understand that the blinds have now been installed. Our package room can only be accessed by key fob and as an additional security measure we also have video surveillance. This place is not safe and there have been many instances where safety has been violated or an issue.

The people that live above me all you hear is every little thing they do they stomp around because the ceiling is so thin they make noise day!! Do not move here for this amount of money they should've made sure that they padded everybody's floors this is ridiculous!!!!!

My experience at Luxor has been great so far! The management and staff have been kind and receptive to feedback and questions. I wasn't able to visit the property as I was staying in Jersey city, but Erin Wilson made sure I had all the info and helped me shortlist the apartment. They have been very patient in answering my tons of questions over calls, emails and facetime ?

Hi Akshat! Thank you for your wonderful review. We are so delighted to have you as a part of the Luxor family.

I have been living here for about two months, staff is amazing, they are professional and helpful.
About the building, its brand new, and there are many things to do here and have fun without the need to leave. There is a swimming pool that open during summer time. Gym is not that huge but its enough to keep yourself in a good shape. There are few yoga classes per month. There are many areas to study or work if you like. There are two grills. Parking is spacious and not that expensive.
