BEWARE OF SHADY PRACTICES! My daughter bought a car from Lute Riley Honda in April 2024. The dealership told her that the permanent tags would be delivered in 10 days. That time came and went with no permanent tags. She made multiple phone calls to the dealership and no one would help her. They started avoided her calls and putting her on hold. She finally contacted the general manager William Ramos and he apologized and issued her another temporary tag good for 30 days. He said the plates were lost in the mail. The 2nd set of temporary tags expired and Williams provided a 3rd set of temporary tags. When those tags expired, William stopped responding to all calls and texts. My daughter contacted the DMV and upon investigation, they told her only one set of temp tags had been issued so the 2nd and 3rd set that William provided were fake and illegal.

It is now November 2024 and she still does not have her permanent legal tags that the dealership is required to provide. She has contacted the state and they have an investigator involved but William has not responded to his multiple attempts to contact him. I'm now questioning if the dealership sold her a car without a clear title. Something shady and unprofessional is going on so be on guard if you choose to buy a vehicle from Lute Riley Honda in Richardson.

I really appreciate his customer focus and the outstanding job he did today. Thanks to his great service, he will be a key reason we return to this dealership for future service or car purchases.
