I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from Lute Riley Honda, and while the sales experience itself was good, I encountered an issue with the Permaplate warranty that has left me very disappointed.Report
During the purchase, the salesperson insisted that the Permaplate warranty could not be declined, despite my attempts to refuse it. After selling the car, I attempted to get a refund for the Permaplate warranty but was unsuccessful. It was only then that I discovered the contract explicitly stated that the warranty purchase was optional and not required for the vehicle purchase.
I realize I could have done a better job reading the terms myself, but in the high-pressure environment of a dealership, it's easy to rely on the information provided by the sales team. It's extremely disappointing to see how easily misinformation can be given at this dealership.
I hope others have a more transparent experience, but my advice is to thoroughly read and understand all terms yourself and not rely solely on the salesperson’s word.

I went there with a specific model in my mind and Chuck was able to provide me similar options as well. Chuck was patient enough explaining the process to get the car and giving the right info. The delivery was quicker than expected. Overall, they made it a smooth process and a great experience for me.Report
The sales manager at this office was the worst salesman I’ve ever met. After speaking to the salesman up front, he went to go talk to his manager, and (the gentleman could have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, has marital issues, or something) he came back yelling at us (the customer) that our asking price was not feasible. He got up from the seat, crumpled his sales quote paper, and I laughed on the way out. We ended up going to a different dealership, and got the car for the price we wanted! Avoid this place at all costs… this place is laughable as they play the “bully to buy” tactic.Report

I came in today to look at car prices and meet a short and bald middle eastern gentleman at the front desk. After telling him that I don’t feel comfortable giving my phone number, he refused to let me speak to anyone and directed me to look at the car stickers outside in the pouring rain. This type of customer service is absolutely horrible! I will not tolerate being treated like this as a customer and will not come back or do any type of business with this place in the future.Report
