My husband took his vehicle in for an estimate for frame damage. The car was there several days before it was “totaled.” Our insurance paid the outrageous daily storage fees of $60/day plus some other charges, but refused to pay the $450 “Admin” fee. The Estimator at Lute Riley was Russell Mixon, the Manager was Alex, and these fees were not disclosed up front. When asked about the fees we were told they were posted as you enter the building. They have a small dry erase board, with the fees listed, on a table hidden by a plant to the right as you enter. The reception desk was to the left so that’s where we initially headed. We had to pay the ridiculous Admin fee to retrieve the vehicle, plus an extra 2% fee because we used a credit card. The woman who took the payment pointed out the small sticker taped to the counter about the credit card fee afterwards. The lobby is run down, and the furniture torn, but the money saved there is not passed on to the consumer. I’m so dissatisfied.

Amazing work. Very responsive. Teresa was amazing and kept me well informed about my vehicle. Car looked better after repairs than when I bought it at the dealership. Super happy to have chosen Lute Riley Collission Center.

The Enterprise customer service at this location is incredible! I was in my very first car wreck and needed a rental car asap. The young gentleman who helped me on the day it happened was so helpful and kind. When I needed to trade my rental in for a smaller vehicle, Marissa was there to help me through that process. I’m thankful for people like these to help ease stress in an already difficult situation.

Absolutely the wrong place to do business with. Our vehicle was dropped off there without our permission after an accident. It's been sitting in a parking spot for 30 days, and now that we want to get it picked up they tell us we owe them $3,200 for tow/storage. $60 a day storage is Absolutely unethical. They are legally stealing vehicles and ripping off customers. There are plenty of ethical body shops out there that treat people fair and ethically.

i wont ever come bacl to this collision center and im a honda girl my 2014 honda accord sport was here for work after i was hit the rim tire control arm fender head light all needed replacement they saw codes that was related to a very expenive part but did not communicate this to me to be on the lookout for any problems that may or may not be covered picked up the car it broke down on me on THE HIGHWAY 75 battery was dead i worked for collison centers before and wondered why they couldnt tell me before hand my battery was dead so i can pay whle it was there said that don't test battery's it didn't show on the code well my abs modulator made all lights come THE SAME CODES THEY SAW WHEN IT WAS THERE FOR REPAIR A MONTH PRIOR on the dash as soon as i got a new battery remind u i never had issues with this part but they saw codes and they could've warmed me said state farm only gave us money to fix the outer damage said they told Statefarm but why didn't u tell me im the owner i could've saved more time more money i was taking it everywhere spending thousands on Dianostics test for something they could've told me the control arm is not right the right side where repairs was done is making a funny noise the car isnt how it was but they need more money to repair and Statefarm has denied said they spend 6k on repairs and that has exceeded their limit horrible will never return

This collision shop did great work on my rear bumper and taillights. They worked seamlessly with Allstate, had the repairs done in about a week, and the team was very very friendly. Thank you!

My car was repaired here back 2 years ago. Right after picking up the car, I noticed a squeaking noise. The shop technician tested drive for about 30 minutes and fixed it. Last month, I notice an underbody floor cover in the repaired area kind of felling off. As the shop promises lifetime warranty, I take the car back. The shop foreman, a short Asian guy, checks out the area and shows the pics that it is due to the low clearance so the car hits some bump. Although, this is not covered under warranty, he still offers to put the fasteners back without any charge. He takes excellent care of customers like me! This experience is way better that another DFW area Honda collision service shop. The reason I only give 4 star is because the shop front estimator is kind of unfriendly. Anyway, I will definitely choose this shop if my car has body repair needs.
