All of our homes were recently and thoughtfully redesigned offering vaulted ceilings as well as, dishwashers, disposals, wall to wall carpet, loft-style windows with spectacular views, on-site laundry facility on floors 2-7, 24 hour emergency maintenance service and professional onsite management. We do not provide on-site parking, but there are two parking garages near by ranging from $185 - $285 per month. We pay for your water, sewer and garbage (saves you $75.00/month in utilities); you only need to worry about your electricity and/or cable/internet. All of our apartment homes are cable and high speed internet ready.

We are an affordable housing property; what that means is that in order to qualify to live here, we ask and verify that individuals make less then $36,000/year and couples make less than $41,100/year combined. Also, that individually, you cannot be a full time student (part time is ok), or for couples, either one of you could be a full time student or both of you could be part time students. We are offering luxury downtown living at "affordable" rates to the moderate income bracket.
