Incredibly rude and unprofessional firm. I was looking for help with a car accident, and Peggy forced me off the call. She said my case was "cost ineffective" because attorneys cost thousands of dollars and need to be paid such and people don't have the money to pay that. Seems like they only care about the money and not the person behind the case! I'd suggest not speaking to them unless you have a very profitable case for them.

I knew from the moment I decided to have Jeffrey Lowenthal represent my case, the genuine qualities of his firm is what I’d been searching for. His Paralegal, Donna Zalas was amazing and she would reach out to see how I was doing, even if there weren’t any updates. She was very sincere and made me feel very comfortable explaining the traumatic events I went through. I was always given the details of where we stood in the process and what I could expect moving forward. Each process was explained in terms that the average person could understand. I never felt that I couldn’t reach out to ask a question. They are on top of statutes and deadlines, so my mind was at ease and I was able to put 100% of my effort into the recovery process. If you’re looking for an honest firm that will allow you to focus on recovery, without wondering if your case is being taken seriously, then I would highly suggest Lowenthal and Abrams. I won’t lie and say I know how their percentage of a settlement compares to other firms, but the ease of mind is worth more to me! Thanks Again Mr. Lowenthal and Ms. Zalas!
