I contemplated on how many stars to give. In the beginning was good but man it got worse as time went on. I am writing this review on May 2022. Took almost three years to handle my case of a simple fender bender. Told me I would get at least $50k in this demand letter but ended up with less than $9k before any deductions. All the appointments I had, vehicle damage and other factors was more than my payout. The opposing party wasn't even present when being questioned and my attorney wasn't much help. He let me get grilled and answer questions that didn't pertian to my case like if I have family, my weight, and other personal stuff. Some questions that were asked brought memories back that I didn't want to relive. Especially in a motor vehicle case which has nothing to do with my personal life. I got assigned to two attorneys during my time here. They word their contract so weird that you get more fees than expected. Most lawyers don't sugar code it and they physically say in the contract what you would be charged for lowenthal and Abraham's doesn't do that. I had to agree for days to get rid of the unexpected and extra fees. I drove up to their office, I have never been there before or met anyone face to face prior to this expect the 2nd attorney I had which was Jake. Overall he wasn't terrible but definitely could be some improvement. When I went and got my check I wasn't greeted. It was dark when you first walk and I could hear people talking nearby. I had to say excuse me more than once to get someone's attention. I also told them I would be there at a certain time and date but again this is where this company needs improvement. An older man over 50 years old comes over to me and said well here you go. I asked he was because he didn't introduce himself and didn't ask for identification to make sure they are giving it to the right person. He tells me he is one of the owners. The funny thing is on their door when you walk in it says mask required but not one wore one and they were near me within 6 feet possibly 3 feet. Not sure why you don't follow your on sign but it is what it is. I can tell this guy was done with me and I just met him. Quite frankly I was done with them as well. I felt like they didn't care towards the end of this 2.5 year dilemma. Especially when I saw Jake roll his eyes on the video chat when i just got done talking. Between the hidden fees, not being argumentative and not questioning why the opposing party was "no where to be found" this case easily should have gone alot better. I don't think I would use them again. I only got them initially because they were only 33.3 percent but didn't realize all the hidden fees. Otherwise I would have went elsewhere that's closer to me that doesn't sugar code.

Jared has been totally wonderful through out the whole process of my cases. He is genually concerned and treats as such.

Yeah they are very horrible I had to incident where one of the top attorneys Jeff said some bad words about my wife thought he was texting his daughter but we wind up getting it which is very very bad and they start treating our cases like it was nothing I lost three cases because of them not one communicate with me and they all got mad and he switched my case to somebody else and they are not handling it whatsoever and I don't yet they're not even asking or willing to go to trial Philadelphia cases with three four five thousands of dollars horrible just horrible I'm using voice text so excuse some but they don't treat you right they got mad cuz their attorney said some bad things and got court texting the wrong person thought it was his daughter but send it to my wife and I and I had apologize which I still have some on tape
