Absolutely Thrilled with my new BMW – A True Driving Machine!

Recently purchased a BMW i4, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I got behind the wheel, I was blown away by the performance, comfort, and attention to detail.

Problems with the vehicle

Dealership wasted my time. The car I wanted was sold 4 days prior. Not sure how this happens. The sales manager even called me over the phone trying to negotiate the car. I’m assuming they did this just so they can get me to the dealership to purchase a different car.

I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Long Beach BMW. I worked with Andy, and he was the most kind, low-pressure guy. I am used to feeling tense during the car buying process, but this experience was so seamless, it was hard to believe! Andy delivered on everything from his communication, presentation, professionalism and personal touches for our buying experience. I drove past 3 other BMW dealerships to get here, and I will gladly do so when it’s time for another car! Thanks Andy!

I had an amazing experience at Long Beach BMW thanks to my salesman, Jose Larios. He got me a great deal and kept me informed every step of the way while I waited for my car to arrive. Jose was professional, honest, and super easy to work with — I never felt pressured, just genuinely taken care of. I also want to shout out Sam in the finance department, who made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Overall, such a positive experience. If you’re thinking about buying a BMW, definitely ask for Jose!

First off, I will never rate a car dealership any higher than this as I despise the car buying process. Additionally, this purchase was complicated as it was for a used car that was not ready when we went to see the car and had some additional work to be done. That said, Alan, our sales person was super helpful. Then we got the big guns out from behind his desk to complete the sale and agreement (as it was not ready, we wanted to see the vehicle before completing the deal and this was unique as they wanted us to commit on the sale to hold it for us, yet wanted to see it before signing anything). Tony was awesome and empathetic. We worked out a balanced agreement and understanding and then waited for the car to be ready. Once the car was ready we met up with Tony and Alan and then were passes on to Sam in Finance to finish the deal (Sam was amazing, honest and helpful. I would for sure work with him again!) Throughout the process we were laughing and razzing each other which made a typically not so fun experience actually enjoyable. Walking away from this I feel that this team was being honest and up front with us. I would for sure go back to this team again. Thanks Guys!!

Jorge Solis is the man. Thanks for making it easy and not doing any salesperson nonsense. If you come to this lot, ask for him and you’ll be happy! New i4 owner now.
